  • Carve out time. Make writing a priority in your schedule. Help yourself unwind at the end of the day by writing each night before you sleep. Or maybe you’d prefer to do your writing at the beginning of the day over coffee. With either choice, the point is to make sure you’re allowing yourself the time to quiet your mind.
